Inhabiting coastal waters where they hunt for fish and other food, crabmen tend to live in small tribes of up to 12. Crabmen can often be considered an infestation or invasive species as females are known to lay up to 100 eggs over a span of 2 weeks. It is only thanks to the fact that they lay these eggs in the tide and many eggs get washed away, that crabmen have not overrun other species' homelands.
